Do You Have Used Sports Equipment; Drop Off at Perinton Community Center

Did you know that 1 in 5 underserved households are unable to enroll their children in sports due to the high cost of equipment?

To help address this barrier, the Town of Perinton is proud to partner with 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 (𝐋𝐏𝐅), a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to sports by collecting and redistributing gently used athletic gear.

Now through July 25th, they are accepting donations of new and gently used sports equipment.

Drop Off Location: Perinton Community Center Lobby (Look for the large collection box to the right as you enter)

𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:

Soccer, basketball, football, baseball, and softball gear
Hockey and lacrosse sticks, helmets, and pads (manufactured within the last 5 years)
Tennis, racquet sports, and golf equipment
Playground and fitness items (cones, yoga mats, hand weights, etc.)
