Village Board Work Session Tonight

The Fairport Village Board will have a work session tonight beginning at 6pm in the Village Board Room. The first item on the agenda is recognition and appreciation of Fairport Police Chief Matthew Barnes. Chief Barnes has been with the Fairport Police Department for over 25 years. The second item on tonight’s agenda will be the drafting of the Zoning Code presentation. The Village Board will also review the fiscal year 2024-2025 year end report along with amendments to the general fund. The board will also vote to enter a Professional Services Agreement with MRB Group for New York Forward/Downtown Revitalization Initiative Grant application assistance. Tonight’s meeting is open to the public.
